We finished most of our basement a few years back, but we had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to finish. So in the spring we got started! Brian and his dad did the electrical work, and we all painted. Our friend Nathan Hawkins did the dry wall, moved some framing, tile work and plumbing. And Home Depot did the carpet. It was a huge long project. But we love that our house is now complete! We refinanced and moved to a 15 year loan as well.
